Continuous Signup
Conservation Reserve Program (CRP)


General
The Continuous CRP allows landowners to enter applications at any time. This is for high priority conservation practices such as:

  • Grassed Waterways
  • Filter Strips (grass and trees)
  • Bobwhite Quail Initiative
  • Wetlands

The contract length for these conservation practices is 10 years. Cost-share for practice installation and annual payment are available. The Farm Services Agency (FSA) administers the program.

Qualifying lands are cropland. Lands will be removed from production for the length of the contract. Qualifying requirements are the same as all Conservation Reserve Programs. (See the CRP summary page for information).

Financial Incentives

Signing incentive payment and practice incentive payments are available for most practices in addition to 50 % cost-share payments and annual payment.
